We are not just a group of ordinary law firms. All our members are vetted at the outset and on an ongoing basis to ensure they operate to the highest possible standards. We work very closely with Alliott Group, an international network of independent professional firms providing accounting, audit, taxation, IT and management consulting services. We are therefore able to offer our clients a full multi-disciplinary service wherever they may operate. All other professionals in Alliott Group are vetted to the same high standards as AG Legal members.

Our Multi-Disciplinary Approach In conjunction with our fellow professionals we can, for example, assist in business start-ups, the recruitment of personnel, advise on their employment contracts, run the payroll and even arrange payment of their salary into their bank account. We can also assist in locating suitable business premises and deal with all legal matters relating to the acquisition of the premises. We have expertise in running complex cross border transactions and matters which require consideration across a number of frontiers, including due diligence and transactional advice. In addition to purely legal services we are able, in tandem with our fellow professionals in Alliott Group, to provide complementary accountancy, tax, IT and management consulting services. Most members provide an extensive range of additional services covering areas such as insolvency, trusts, etc. Membership of AG Legal We only admit those firms to membership who meet our stringent criteria. Those criteria include independence, high standards, excellent reputation and the ability to communicate effectively in at least the English language but in most cases a number of other languages as well. Services to Members A Board elected by the members, provides in conjunction with the Secretariat, the services that are of interest and importance to the members. Meeting with fellow members from other countries provides opportunities to improve their own practice and to interchange standards, ideas and even staff. Regular international conferences, technical workshops, training sessions, newsletters and a members' only web site are active ingredients in ensuring a cohesive, informed and up to the minute service for all our members' clients. |
